Hey guy got a interview with applebees as a hostess and wondering on rare occasions do they make tips and is it stressful i dint mind hard work just asking

The Applebees I worked at tipped out our Hosts, they get daily tipout anywhere from $20-$60 depending on how busy it is and how many other hosts they're sharing the tipout with
