Is this really a giant sea urchin? I didn't know this existed in the game

For some reason in the Nimbus sea and the Bronze sea , a island called lone rock is already on the map even though even visiting it and it seems like that the island is always taken by a guild.

I know Ormolu is technicly naked but i think it's funny so he gets to stay
