hardware System Demand

Can arhicad run smoothly on a laptop with 16gb of ddr5 ram?

We wanna buy a laptop for a student and they mainly use arhicad and im not sure if it would work fine or not

We are a small residential firm. Biggest we do might have 5 floors. We have a couple M1 MacBooks with only 16GB of ram. They run archicad fine. 32 would be better but 16 is very usable.
