It’s difficult every day, ever since someone (cough cough a boomer) clicked a phishing link and it fucked up all our servers and share point connectivity. Nah, I’m not bitter

I work at an architecture firm, about to become an intern architect. My firms organization system for some things is absolutely archaic.
For example, contact info for consultants is saved in a word document. No organization to this word document whatsoever. New consultant, add it to the word doc. No excel sheet, no custom software, a word document.
But of course when I bring this up, I'm the bad guy
