Does anyone know if there’s any mods that provide a night vision experience like this rather than just blacking out the rest of the screen? I know there’s a mod called “peripheral night vision” I saw a while ago but it has RHS as a dependency which is wack I personally play on ps5 so making a mod like this is out of the question since I don’t own a PC but if any modders want to try make something like this I will GLADLY use this mod excessively lol

So to start with, specs:
RTX4070Ti Super
i5 12600K 3686 Mhz
32gb DDR5 RAM
Internet speed average of 400Mbs D/400Mbs U
Game installed on a M.2 SSD with 70GB of free space on it

Right so I've not long since downloaded the game, been "playing" on spearhead, old guys etc etc
For whatever reason I am getting a persistent stutter, like all assets, players, choppers, trucks, local voice, radio voice etc etc will freeze for like half a second, every 2 seconds, then it goes back to normal, the only thing that doesn't stutter is my own character. The really weird thing is that the stutters are syncing with the stutters im hearing when friends are speaking on discord too.

I have NZXT CAM open and the GPU, CPU, RAM usage and network usage doesnt spike or is anywhere near 100% load. All temps are normal.

The only thing I have changed in an attempt to fix it is turning on Smooth Motion in the NVIDA settings, but the problem still persisted.

The video posted is all I remembered to get while attempting to play the game, however the stutter in that is identical to what i experience when boots on the ground, all players, enemy and friendly, near or far, high ping or low ping, high FPS or low FPS, it doesnt make a difference, it all freezes just the same. The only thing that doesnt freeze is my own camera, that is buttery smooth.

If anyone has any ideas what might fix this, please help as I can't afford to lose any more hair

Seems in one of the update the removed collision on supplies. You can drop them out of a heli at 100 per box at any height. Useful for the Huey if you want to drop of supplies somewhere when they know you're coming by not having to land or hover over supply points.

i get it was hasty to hear anything about arma 4 which has only barely gotten a reveal and some odd hints, but it feels like we've been in something of a drought for bohemia being a gamescom exhibitor with them not even uploading anything from gamescom to youtube except saying the game is on sale.

I came back to spearhead eu servers after some break and Im pretty dissapointed. It doesnt feel like UHC anymore. Half of the team plays barbie in silence. People that spawn, when asked a question about where are they driving to, just ignore everything. Platoon radio is silent as well. Overall gameplay feels like some WSC deadmatch where people either ambush MOB or do nothing. I remember that some time ago its was the other way around. What changed? Is it only for some servers or what?

Hello fellow enthusiasts! I got back from a two months vacation from arma, and I saw lots of changes, my previous usual pve servers either went down, or changed for worse, but I’d still like to play, so here’s the question.

What are some good PVE servers that have quality mods and some good people playing? Due to ping I’m searching for EU/NA servers mostly. Thanks in advance!

Playing on vanilla server yesterday. started from scratch. Server runtime when I joined 8min.

we started building and gaining bases. people doing supply runs, winning harbours. Good communication. It was a fun game.

we fought hard and finally we are up 5-1. Timer started, GI’s needed Calv Hill as we blocked their routes.

thats when it went down hill. I told the platoon we need people at Calv Hill as that’s where they will push.

Someone on the team, “Nah, let them have it as I want to kill Americans“

we lost Calv hill, they took over Monti and Trans as it was getting late and people were dropping off.

4hours playing hard, good teamwork wasted cause of 1 guy who convinced everyone not to play the objective.

please, play the objective.

Playing as a grenadier and have HE, HEDP, marker smoke etc.

Is there any easier way to choose what to load into the m203 besides holding R to inspect and using the context menu?

New to ARMA and using a controller via Steam input. Is there a map or game mode that I can grab from workshop and start playing/practicing instead joining setting up a scenario?

I just want to practice my controllers and get use to it and practice shooting, map navigation, zero-in scopes.

I took a break from gaming about a month ago but started playing again recently and both of my favorite servers that used to be pretty full is now empty instead.

Have this game lost a lot of players recently?

Recently I've been getting teamkilled by anti personnel mines fairly often when approaching enemy bases. I usually don't carry them but will mess around if I find them on a dead body. Does anyone have any tips on how to effectively use them? Is it as simple as putting them on the other side of the base?
