Study Getting in a university for engineering
I am an international student, wanting to apply for an engineering program (preferably Electronics and Communication engineering). Also, Based on my financial status, I need to get a good scholarship, can anyone help me and guide me on the universities, please!!!

Try the russian embassy website of your country. They have the basic resources including scholarships & means to avail them listed there. Start your research from there. In a war torn country, nobody has the time to spoonfeed you.
Also, do not have high hopes for a scholarship or financial assistance considering the state of the country, unless you will maintain exceptional grades & will produce exceptional results by working for the country after graduation. Think about what you shall be giving back.

The one where I don't have to be in debts for years after graduation. I have good grades in my high school. Not sure if that will help though.

Reasonable. Russian scholarships basically do not provide income that students can survive on. The cost of education is fully covered though.

cheap dormitories make up for it tho compared to other countries with expensive accomodation.

That will work for me. I heard about the opendoor scholarship program. I thought that it was great. But many people also say that because of the war, the scholarships might not be offered as much to the international students.

I became a winner last year. Currently I've been accepted to my university and am waiting for the last stage - Visa.

Really? I have a small doubt related to the scholarship exam, what do I have to study for electronics engineering entrance exam? Do I have to study only the electrodynamics and mathematics or all chapters of physics like mechanics, thermodynamics etc...? Can you please help me.

Unfortunately you have to study a lot.. Especially go through the modules mention and you'll be fine. The scholarship started 2 days ago and you have time till November. You'll be fine. Don't worry it's not too tough as 70% of the questions will be MCQ and only 3 questions you'll have to write. I mean that was the case last time. And try to upload every certificates you have to pass the first stage.

Yea. I started my research from here, in reddit. I got to know about opendoor scholarship programs, but, I was trying to find if there are more options specifically for engineering and the condition of international students like me

Search for good Russian universities in your field and study opportunities they suggest for international students by their websites. It could be even free education. Also study if you are able to write any international olympics (for example, HSE has its international olympic).
