Interdisciplinary Help w/ Interfolio?

Hey all: I'm currently applying to TT positions in the social sciences, and some of the postings are using Interfolio—my advisors say that this has been around awhile, and it seems fairly straightforward. Now that I've started the process of uploading materials to my profile such as CV, sample syllabi, and links to online lectures, I'm wondering if a) everything will be visible to any search committee; and if so, b) if there's the option for me to choose which materials different schools see.

Not that it really matters, but for instance, some schools require more writing samples than others or have different requirements, like a diversity statement, and I'd be concerned about other committees being confused at the additional / nonrelevant material for their specific university.

Does anyone have insight into this from their own application cycle, or the perspective of a committee member? Thanks!

You’d be able to choose which materials to send.

Thanks for the confirmation! I figured as much, just didn't want to upload something silly without knowing if it went into the abyss
