trying to AP

i was trying and trying to do AP but when the i experience the vibrations ive got scared and forcing my selft to wake up. also i remember there was a time that i dont know if this a dream or AP. i was in a city but this place is destroy like a ruine. i was flying and i feel something is pulling me really fast and i start spinning like crazy fast and i notice there is a person wearing a hood that literally pulling me using gravity. before he touch me i force my self to wake up.
