Help - AutoMod Autoapprove posts from a certain user - is there a way?

Hey

Even though I added a rule add added the user to the Approced users list, I still find myself manually approving posts from that user. Is there a way to automate it?

Thanks

Why are the post needing approval to begin with?

Posts by an app for Daily Discussion and Match Threads

Wait. Is it an app, or a user?

Matchpal-live is a mod on your sub, so it's weird it would get filtered. Can you check what's filtering it? Is it automod that has a rule that applies to mods as well or is it a safety filter?

Its not getting filtered It goes under the Unmoderated queue And then because I either approve or remove posts I need to manually approve each of its posts

The unmoderated queue simply contains posts that haven't been approved because they weren't filtered or removed. So it has the posts that were immediatly visible in the subreddit. Although you can approve the posts in the unmoderated queue, you don't have to because they're already live in the sub.

Yeah but they will continue to appear there until I do approve them

Yes, that's just how reddit works. All posts that don't get removed or filtered are sorted in the unmoderated queue. That doesn't mean you have to approve them, you can just let them sit there
