Is there a process to repair this? Worth fixing?

Hello friends,

Bought a car this week (2017 Porsche 911) and the guy who sold it to me gave me a spare front bumper. The car is wrapped, but both bumpers are unpainted underneath. I have to choose which bumper to paint as they are both unpainted underneath the wrap. I like this one more, but it needs some love before I can mount it. Pics are top left corner, top right corner, and bottom left rear corner. Is this fixable?

I’m not a porche guy, but in general for a car like this I think you could get a used OEM bumper in good shape for significantly less than it would take to make this thing right. It will still need paint, but starting from here will be expensive.
