How are you getting RFPs and security reviews out without losing a full day?

Every RFP or security questionnaire eats most of a day for me, digging through old answers, chasing the one person who knows the SOC 2 detail, then reformatting all of it. It's the least differentiated work I do and it never gets faster. For other SEs, how are you turning these around without losing a full day each time?

Built Revenue intelligence agents for GTM teams

I've spent my entire career inside GTM teams, and I've seen the same blind spot play out again and again, Usage sits in one tool, deals sit in a second, support tickets sit in a third, and none of them ever tell the whole truth about customers.

So we built Rimplo
We have built a powerful AI assistant for revenue teams you can ask anything about your GTM data, in plain English, and get an answer back in seconds. You pick which top AI model answers no lock-in to one vendor’s model.
Underneath that, Revenue Agents run across your CRM, billing, support, and product data around the clock  flagging churn risk, upsell openings, and deals that are stalling, before you have to go looking for them.

How to increase reach or even get a single client for my saas

So guys i think this is not something new, but i’m starting out new and want some advice on how i can actually get some customers. The product that i have built is some sort of a ETL pipeline which helps customers to onboard or transfer data.
Though i have currently built it as minimal and support few integrations. But not sure how i can actually sell it to companies or small businesses. Its not something for an individual user.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

What actually drives FMCG B2B sales growth at scale?

I’ve spent a lot of time discussing sales growth with sales professionals on LinkedIn. Many profiles show impressive experience and achievements, but when I speak with some of them, the practical thinking doesn’t always match what their profile suggests.

So I’m turning to people who have actually led sales organizations.

I work in FMCG B2B distribution, managing 4 regions, 15 supervisors and 60+ sales reps. The challenge isn’t simply “how do we sell more?” — it’s how to build a system that consistently improves sales execution across a large field team.

For CEOs, Sales Directors, Regional Directors and experienced FMCG leaders:

If you inherited a 4-region FMCG sales organization tomorrow and had to significantly accelerate growth, what are the first 3 things you would analyze or change?

I’m especially interested in practical examples: team management, route-to-market, customer development, assortment, sales KPIs, incentives, execution, or anything else that made a measurable difference.

What worked in the real market — not just in theory?

Any zero-fee HRIS buying platform that won't charge our company?

We're mid-way through a full HRIS evaluation, multiple vendors deep into spreadsheets and procurement just flagged that some of the broker or advisory platforms we've been looking at charge a buyer-side fee or a consulting retainer. That's a non-starter for us right now. So I'm trying to figure out if there's an actual zero-cost HRIS buying platform where we can compare payroll and HR software vendors, get verified pricing estimates before sitting through demos, and maybe get some negotiation support without our company footing the bill for it. Does anyone know of a vendor-agnostic broker that earns its commission from the vendor side and keeps the whole thing free for buyers?

How do I get my 1st customer for my B2B saas product?

I have a b2b saas product. For the sake of this question.. let's assume it's a really good product..compared to the existing products.

How do I find my first few clients??

I am basically a builder (software) and i suck at sales.

I found about 20 contact numbers of my potential clients and sent them whatsapp messages about a demo. 6 responses.

2 flat no

1 agreed for a demo and I already demoed the product

3 said to reach out again after a few days because they are busy at the time

Rest 14 ignored.

My current plan is to pursue 100 cold reach out. Then decide on the next steps based on the result of this 100 outreach.

How are you guys actually doing client acquisition from zero?

I’m trying to understand how people are handling the actual mechanics of getting clients when you don’t already have a network or a list of past clients to work with.

For context, I’m a developer building services for businesses. I already know how to define/qualify a market, find relevant companies, and write outreach/pitches/follow-ups. I’m specifically trying to understand what happens between "finding a company that I wanna work with", and "actually reaching out to the right person".

Also, when I say outreach here, I mean cold outreach. I’m not really counting referrals, past clients, friends, existing relationships, etc. as the same acquisition path. Those are obviously useful, but they’re a different situation from starting with no network and creating new opportunities.

I’m also interested in the other side of acquisition: building connections. If you’re not immediately trying to sell, where do you actually hang out online to meet people in your target market and become known in that space? LinkedIn? Communities? Discord/Slack groups? Reddit? Industry-specific places? Something else?

A few things I’d really like to hear from people who are actually doing this:

1. What do you sell, who has the problem you solve, and where do those people hang out online?

I’m interested in the actual niche/offer and where you go to interact with that type of person.

2. How do you find prospects?

I’ve ended up doing this fairly manually. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to automate prospecting and eventually realized that finding the right companies is a different problem from finding huge quantities of companies.

So I’m curious what other people actually do. Search engines, directories, LinkedIn, Maps, communities, industry lists, etc.? Do you have a repeatable process, or is it mostly manual research and a lot of niche-specific stuff?

3. Once you have the prospect, how do you find their contact details?

My biggest question.

If I find a company and identify the person I actually want to speak to, how are you getting a usable contact method for free?

Email, phone, LinkedIn, another social account, contact form, whatever.

I know about databases like Apollo, Instantly, etc., but I’m specifically interested in what people do without relying on paid lead databases.

Are most of you just using those databases and accepting whatever data they have? Or are there normal/manual ways of finding someone's business email or another direct contact that I'm overlooking?
