Got it in the same game as Isolationist. I was running out of space for gatherers and hunters

I have two mines, 28 miners and 8 blacksmiths and still the tools are produced extremely slowly and insufficiently.

The same with firewood. I have hundreds of available logs and 8 woodcutters and still firewood is barely produced sufficiently.

What should I do?
