Dumb part was you saying it's Russian for some reason. That's like seeing text in German and asking if English is official language, just because it's in the same script.

Please read my comment well...by my information Serbia officially use Latin script for this reason, I thought this Russian not Serbian..this first time I know Serbian write in cyrilc alphabet...again I know in church orthodox are using Slavonic but that's happening in church
