I'm still at it I'm afraid. I added old festival wristbands as cute little ribbons on the hem. The backside has so much new stuff too and the front side got a little rearrangement.

The coat was tailor made for me by my godmother! She did an amazing job with it and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’m only gonna add patches from bands I’ve seen live and want to add a patch from almost all of them only excluding a couple (fuck disturbed and skillet). Currently only have these 3 bands on here (Megadeth, Lorna Shore & Undergang) but I’m going to add all the patches seen in the second photo, I’m currently trying to get (or make) more patches from the different bands I’ve seen live. Just wanted to share :)

I had posted earlier about the back patch and got a lot of helpful responses on the placement of the back patch. Thanks again to everyone who helped me out!!

Been looking for a oversized black sabbath logo patch to go on the back of my jacket but the only place that do them are pull the plug patches (shipping is too expensive and takes time to ship).

Converse all black high tops with custom zipper closure and hand painted. Right shoe has the dragon eye on the outside and skeleton foot inside. Left shoe has (left to right, top to bottom); Fuath, Twisted Sister, Wardruna, Dead Crown, an inverted pentagram, Amon Amarth, Eluveite, Wiegedood, and Impurist.
Thanks to the couple of people who gave me ideas for a few more bands to listen to which also got added to the shoes. That's where I got Fuath, Dead Crown and Impurist from. They're going into my regular rotation (along with Black Birch, which I ran out of space for)

I made these patches with puff paint and I think they came out pretty nicely. I gotta clean up the edges on two of em, and I’m working on a nailbomb patch

So guys here is an update of my still very WIP Battle Jacket. There have been some upgrades the biggest one being the embroidered Exodus logo on the back. I also added a Judas Priest and St Pauli (German Football Club from Hamburg) Patch to the front. I also got a leather Jacket to wear under it in the cold season that's to come.

I really love Motörhead so I decided to do a whole Vest with just Motörhead patches. At least for now it is finished. What do you guys think? Any ideas what I could still do? I thought of attaching a chain with a skull on it similar to the one Snaggletooth has.

I got the inspiration for this from u/prettypunkprincess on this subreddit. I thought her design was so sick and I wanted to make it in my own way. Thank you so much for the inspiration.
I used an old, cracked crash cymbal and cut out pauldrons for my shoulders, bent them into shape, polished them and riveted them onto the shoulders. It was a very difficult process (I was under my assumption before this project that all cymbals were made of brass, a material I have worked with before. But I found out very quickly that the higher end TRX cymbal I used are made of bronze, a material I had never worked with before), but I am so happy with how they came out.
I am a massive medieval history buff and I used alot of techniques employed in traditional armouring. Very fun craft.
I doubt the armour will protect me in the pit, but hey, it looks badass and thats all that matters. 🤣
Now I just need to fill it up with more patches. I've ordered some more a few days ago so they should be here soon.
But I've got more planned for this jacket other than patches. Keep an eye out. Can't wait to share it.

Curious to see if anyone has added any type of fur to their jacket - collar or otherwise. If not fur, any other somewhat odd additions that’s not the usual patches/buttons/studs??

This is my first and oldest jacket I like to work on whenever I have the motivation to do so. Still thinking about what patches to fill in the gaps with and will probably change out the spikes, also going to switch out certain patches.

Really love the way this one turned out, I stuck with my favorite 80s bands mostly but threw in some other ones. Added a Death and Megadeth pin to the front as well, There’s some space in each corner but I didn’t want it to be too crowded so i’m sticking with this and I really like it!

Just trying to patch up my jacket, but these crosses are way harder to get right than I thought. Got that goat vibe going strong!

My old Levi’s vest didn’t fit right. I got this Lee rider on clearance and took in the sides about 2” before putting my patches on. My needle had trouble going through all of the layers where the back and front join along the bottom, so they got patched over.

Stud count including the front is around 1250.
