Binary variables without timestamps?

Hi! I feel like there should be a way to do this that I am just not understanding: is there a way for me to add a factor with binary variables without the time stamps? For example, in the sleep section you can mark late bedtime etc without needing to add the time of day, so is there a way to do this for the other categories? The time of day is just irrelevant for some of my factors.

From what I've seen, the time of day option is just wholesale for an entire section -- either it's on or it's off. (It sounds like you are already aware of this capability, right?) If there is a way to change it for individual items, I would sure love to know, too! I just settled on "on" for my Symptoms and "off" for Other Factors....
