One year between these photos.
I’m a trans woman and I’ve officially been on HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) for 12 months, and I’ve also lost 10 kg along the way.
Seeing these side by side is honestly surreal. A lot has changed physically, but the biggest change is finally looking at myself and feeling like the person I see actually represents me.
Still early in my transition, still changing, and still figuring things out. 12 months down, 10 kg lighter, and so much happier being me.
Can’t wait to see what year two brings. 🖤🏳️‍⚧️

I wasted time. 12 years of lifting and nutrition and creams like retinol and spf. Im 49 and 6 foot 2. I do not like Iook good and am very disappointed. Should I just give up?
