My running form.

Please can I have some tips on my form. Please point out my flaws but also anything good about the form if there is any
I've been running for about 2.5months now. Longest run being 6.25km. 21yrs old 96kg.

I would re-film it during the day. It's hard to see and the frame rate is low.

Loosen your shoulders and open your fists so you have relaxed hands too

It's a very common beginner tendency to correct. I am one of probably several people who specifically looked at your hands and shoulders because you were asking for form feedback. Don't feel bad or worry too much about it. I open and close my hands periodically on long runs as a cue to check in with myself over and over.

I recently read a tip somewhere to think about holding a potato chip between your index finger and thumb, that way you'll keep your hands relaxed

Shake it out. Literally, shake your arms out before you start to get your body loosened up.
I wouldn't fist up your hands. About half open is comfortable for most.
