Progression

Post image

My previous post from my first run I ran a 5k 34 mins 11pace I know this is way better but I’m super pissed I thought I had a sun 25 in the bag I fucking half assed that last stretch because I thought even if I did I would have a sub 25 but running for me so far has been fun the amount of pride I feel when I finish and feel no pain in my legs is amazing the heat coming from my body the satisfaction knowing I can run a 5k in 26 minutes without stopping is amazing I’m curious this is like my 6th run at what point am I no longer a beginner

Everytime I put my shoes and and get ready to run I feel a wave of excitement all because I can’t wait to try to beat my time from last time everytime I run I run with the goal of being faster than last time I’m not running to get in shape or to lose weight or anything like that I’m just running because I want to see how fast I can go I want to see my limit

If you really want to see your true limit, at some point you might want to consider adopting a proper training routine
