This may be an r/BicyclingCirclejerk-specific thing but I always wondered if there is a big thing in the cycling industry where American made products are sought to be better or of premium quality versus mass produced big box brand bikes overseas that are much more cost effective?

Long story short, I wear Sunglasses while riding that have vents in the lenses and my eyeball ate a handful of gnats today because of it. How long till the gnats that now live in my orbital socket reproduce, eat my brain and I gets dummerer. Plz help
