Premium build on a budget after I totalled my previous bike. Salvaged some parts. Mint condition used Dogma X frame 55, SRAM Red/Force/Rival groupset mix with powermeter, mismatched carbon wheels (Aerycs front/Zipp rear), EXS 0-Offset Seatpost, CRW bar/stem combo. What say you?

Rides so well. Grip shift clicks feel so aggressive. Ritchey levers are snappy. The original owner upgraded it to 8 speed in the 90s. I upgraded it to threadless in the 20s.

A 1993 Cannondale R600 Dura-Ace that I built a few years ago. I got this frameset for $40 and a 10 speed Dura-Ace 7800 groupset for $250. 12/28 Dura-Ace cassette, Ultegra calipers and chainrings, 600 cranks, and Cinelli Grammo Ti stem. Downtube graphics were half worn off, I painted them back in by hand with a touch up paint pen, the dark spots are black reflective star stickers covering big paint chips. Went like a rocket.

The bike even has an s&s coupling and even a travel case.

No other bike I have ever ridden just feels as natural and dialed in as this.(Colnago C40) This is coming from the very first Pinarello Prince Carbon, Dogma F8, 10, 12, and F. Bianchi Oltre XR4, Tarmac Sl3, first gen Venge. Colnago C59, and several TT bikes.

Both bikes are 54cm

Melee has SRAM Force, SES 4.5s, 130mm stem/42cm bars, Selle Italia SLR Boost 3D saddle, favero assimo pro pedals, Corsa Pros, Slik Graphics galaxy decals. Hoping to upgrade the cockpit to narrower SES aero pro one-piece bars at some point.

MOG has Shimano GRX, GSES 4.5 Pros, 110mm stem/40cmbars, Sworks power mirror saddle, hacked favero assimos with iSSi flash pedal bodies, Silca Protocols, Slik Graphics donut decals. Future upgrades include matching decals for the wheels.

Rides pretty darn well. Frameset was finished wonderfully out of the box. Bars are super stiff. Back end in combination with 32mm tires is very smooth.

Some deeper wheels in the future but had the firecrest on hand. Tires measure just shy of 34mm on these rims. Lots of space on the rear clearance wise between stays and front mech.

I know this sub questions if folding bikes can be bike porn, but here's my try.

I wanted a classy 20" trifold but wasn't willing to fork over a couple of grand for a Brompton G-line or a conversion kit of a 16" C-line. So I went to town on a Chinese Brompnot and changed more or less everything.

• 8-speed Shimano Alfine rear wheel
• SP SV-8-FC dynamo front wheel
• B&M lights
• Spécialités TA crankset
• Leather, waxed canvas, and shellacked tape galore
• As many silver and stainless steel parts as I could reasonably find

And in contrast to the original not a single zip-tie in sight for the dynamo wiring!

It works really well and I'm happy with it apart from some tiny aesthetic quirks like the IGH cassette joint pointing in a weird direction.
