Interview Suggestion: Industrial Engineer, Huntsville,AL
Just got an email from technical recruiter for a phone screen for the industrial engineer position at Huntsville , AL. What kind if question could I expect from this interview also If i passed what would next interview like. Is it more technical or more like Behavioral question from blue principles ?

Congrats on the interview, just be warned the I.E. team was the first to get completely thrown to the wayside back in 2025. The entire team was let go with zero advanced notice from the Huntsville site.

If it’s anything like mine, the behavioral questions about the principles won’t come until you have the multi-person panel interview. Your recruiter should tell you which principles each of the interviewers will ask you about, so you should have time to adequately prepare for these. I had two “interviews” before the panel (they weren’t really interviews, more of brief high-level conversations). 1 with my recruiter, and 1 with the hiring manager, (the final step is the panel). The technical depth of the interview increases with each step.
