The question is not whether #commons will exist, it is whether we will learn fast enough to stop repeating the same failures in every new form. #Oxfordboaters every day commons https://hamishcampbell.com/oxford-boaters-every-day-commons/

This is the same crossing on 2 different days at 2 different sea states. From Ramsgate to the turning to Margate, UK.
With 0.8m waves 20-30km wind https://youtu.be/HXhRrlQr27I with about 2-3 kmh tide on the bow
This is with 0.3m waves and 10-15km wind https://youtu.be/qinEzf8tQgg with 1-2kmh tide pushing stern
The wind and waves are 1/3 of bow from sea in both cases.
A fixed HD cam on the roof with no stabilisation at x4 speed
The first video is on the bow of the boat, the second on the landward side view.
