Hey I just got a bolt 2017 battery change in 2021 car got 237 000km got it for only 7950$ I think I got a steal pretty good deal right ? Car run great only a few scratch here and there but overal in really good condition thought?

83k mi and rapidly climbing 🤣. Mines a 22 so I’d be hard pressed to give up OPD as much as I wish it was light blue

I still smile just about every day I drive it. It’s such an amazing car and really the only negatives I have with it is that the range is a little shorter than I’d like for my commute in the winter and the fast charging is painfully slow.

If the 2027’s had CarPlay I’d be seriously considering the upgrade just for the 150kW fast charging

I’ve got a few family members with newer Chevy’s running Android Automotive and I really dislike the interface and it seems to be just as glitchy as the typical Chevy infotainment. They also turn in to an unusable brick as soon as you buy used or run out the onstar trial and I refuse to pay a subscription for something my phone does free. It’s the same reason I haven’t used a dedicated GPS unit since CarPlay became a thing

For real. That's my biggest gripe too. I'm hoping to drive mine for another 7-10 years or so, by then the technology should be a massive upgrade.

For sure. I’m excited to see where the tech goes. I definitely want 300+mile range and faster charging on my next EV, but it will be a long while before my Bolt needs replaced

I was in the larger EV subreddit and said the same shit haha. Like if we could get 300+mile range (highway), 200kw+ charging speed, on a 30k vehicle, that'd be nice. Though I know the newest LEAF is pretty much there
