Blue corn quesadillas, scrambled eggs, cacti nopalitos, refried beans, cheese, and avocado.

Was having stomach aches since last evening and had nothing for almost 16 hrs then suddenly craved a hot oatmeal bowl so decided to make one at home!❣️

Half is with a jalapeño bacon cheddar schmear and the other half is Lox schmear. Toasted and butter. Hits every time!

Made with Greek yogurt in the air fryer
