Just wandered in to a florist waiting for PO to open & asked what she does with her wilted or flawed flowers & leavez. She said they compost them. So I asked her if I could have some. She asked why. I showed her my Etsy & Fri she’s giving me her weeks good ones & said she’d like one of my flower creatures in exchange to display in her shop!! Awesome!! Scary but just imagine all the freeeeeeee supplies!!!

A small gothic-romantic piece I finished this week — bat silhouette in black velvet, gold wire detailing, with a cluster of hand-shaped silk ribbon roses on one wing. Feels like something out of an old cabinet of curiosities.

This is an *ancient* photo from 2002.😉 I was headed to Star Wars Celebration 2. First con I'd ever gone to, so didn't have cosplay costume yet. I used water based paint markers to add these Star Wars characters, sabers, ships to my natural nails (not press-on nails).

Just in case they need some explanation 😁 : Vader's lightsaber, C3P0, R2D2, Yoda, and an X-Wing.

Decided swatch everything I own to see if anything would work on a the backing of a sticker sheet. First pic is 24hrs after application Second pic is after smudging. Please ignore the montmarte water colour pencils they had an absurd amount of pigment in their blotch and would not be practical to use.

I've been attempting to draw little pictures in the leftover sections of sticker sheets (which just I stuck to paper) but it's really hard to come up with ideas. So this is my fun mental break lol.
