No more water to Brownsville Tx and electricity just like in matamoros. Yesterday meeting police took out folks from the meeting forceful removal and city commissioner need to be voted out and the mayor too. I left a comment for public meeting forceful leaders to reconsider their decision they voted against everything everyone said at the meeting. Commissioners decided this in one week no cons or what could happen just push real fast cause space x wasn’t going give them time to decide.

Apparently, a certain aerospace company 🚀 has finalized a land acquisition here locally. It was approved by the elected officials.

So it looks like it's full steam ahead for this company and there will be no turning back! Y'all have any thoughts?

Gift ideas include wine, art, glassware, beauty products, accessories, leather accessories, stationary, snacks, jewelry, reading/book related. I'm open to other gift ideas as well.

I looked into Bonita Flats Winery in Los Fresnos since I visited a while back but they don't seem to have an online shop. I don't know if there are any other wineries nearby.

I am also open to shops/sellers from surrounding area but would prefer Brownsville/South Padre Island.

I appreciate any ideas!

P.S. I am not in the RGV and can't buy in person. I need to shop online.

Any recommendations on security system? I already have an intergration of google cameras all over my home but was thinking of upping my game and installing a security system. ADT seem to have good customer service (so far) but have an extensive amount of negative reviews on google locally. Vivint has an extensive good amount of good reviews on google but they have annoyed me so much in the past, I had to tell them like 5 times I was not interested and they kept knocking on my door, so it left me the idea that it would be a hastle to close out with them. Locally I've also seen another one called Extreme Security & Fire, I believe it's a local company but haven't had a lot of experience with them.

Hi all! My boyfriend and I just moved to Brownsville a few days ago. We came from Ohio with only our Labrador and what we could fit in our car!
