General Feeling lost

So i joined Oracle Financial services right after graduation. It’s been 3 years working in the same. But since it was a support role and java based company I didn’t really get to learn much.
And to add to this in 3 years i haven’t got a single hike!
A family friend of mine who is a big shot in another company asked me to come work for that another company in AI field. I learnt python, then frameworks like langchain, langgraph llamaindex and building rag pipelines. Also building agents which i actually started to like.
Meanwhile i also did DSA on the side.
But after having completed this, that uncle seems to have ghosted me and i am feeling stuck what to do.
Because, junior Ai roles are offering less salary that my current and experienced ones obviously are asking for experience which i dont have.
Pls someone guide me what can i do.
On the verge of breaking down as i feel stuck.

Take this job as a partime and parallelly work in Oracle and get hands on experience with AI. Apply the interviews with this experience.
