Need help with a ticket transfer issue! I

I am not the original purchaser of this ticket. The "Directed Sale" ticket was transferred to me through the official Burning Man Ticket Transfer Tool and is currently in my Burner Profile with an "Ineligible" label. Need to send to a friend. First time I'm seeing this issue and wondering if anyone else has and what do I do? BM support isn't helpful.

i've done that but it still doesn't let me select the ticket to trasfer

I don’t think you can transfer it a second time

My understanding from the Burning Man Ticket Transfer documentation is that a recipient of a transferred ticket can subsequently transfer that ticket to another person
