I’ve been reading so many positive reviews of the Joolz Aer² that I’m starting to question whether I made the right choice!

I’ve already ordered the Nuna TRIV next because I wanted a lightweight everyday stroller that folds easily, works well with an infant car seat, and doesn’t take up too much space in the car. But now I’ve discovered the Aer², which is even smaller and lighter, and with the Nest to Seat it can be parent-facing and used from newborn, so it suddenly seems like a possible alternative.

My hesitation is that most of the Aer² reviews I’ve found seem to come from people living in big cities, using public transport and mostly walking on smooth pavements. That’s not really my lifestyle. Most of my everyday walking will be on decent pavements, but there will also be some cobblestones, grass, parks, etc. I also travel by car a lot, so being able to easily switch between the stroller seat and infant car seat is important to me.

My two main concerns about the Aer² are:

1. The small wheels: Are they genuinely good enough for an everyday stroller if you’re not primarily using it as a city/travel stroller? I’m not expecting it to handle serious off-road terrain, but I don’t want to regret the small wheels every time I encounter cobblestones, grass or a rougher path.
2. Switching between the Nest to Seat and car seat: From the videos I’ve watched, removing the Nest to Seat seems quite involved compared with the TRIV next, where switching configurations looks very quick. Is it annoying in real life?

This is my first baby, so I also have no idea how often I’ll actually switch between the stroller seat and car seat! Since we drive frequently, I imagine there will be days when I mainly use the car seat on the stroller for quick trips, and other days when I want the proper seat for longer walks. So I assume I’ll be changing between them fairly regularly.

I’d especially love to hear from anyone who has used the Aer² as their main/only stroller rather than just for travel, or anyone who chose between these two. Would you stick with the TRIV next for my use case, or is the Aer² good enough that you’d choose the smaller/lighter option?

I am a second time parent. With our first we got the Doona back in 2020 as a baby registry gift, it was great! But my tall partner hated it from being such a short handle & thought for being so expensive felt cheap. We quickly outgrew that car seat & within 7 months we had to buy the all-in-one. We went with the NUNA EXEC. It’s been awesome for us, yes it’s heavy but we loved it & finally moved onto a booster seat for our 1st kid just this summer.

Now onto the dilemma. I bought the Even Flo 180 shyft Intuiti travel system & the car seat party was RECALLED. So I returned it. I am due in 4 weeks & now I am stroller & car seat less.

My partner wants us to skip the infant car seat & just immediately get the NUNA EXEC Next & buy a relatively reasonable stroller that can be used as a bassinet.

Any recommendations for a green guard certified travel system or infant car seat?

Trying to decide between these two brands for newborn up to ~2 months. How important is the "natural arms up position" for the Love to Dream ones vs the Kyte baby swaddles?

Anyone have any solid pros/ cons or likes/ dislikes on the Joie Chive and Mockingbird single to double strollers other than what’s listed on their websites and the obvious markers that someone can look up on their own.

If you’ve tried both which one pushes better? Which one has a better two seat set up? Which one can access the basket better when in double mode? Which one travels on a plane better? Etc. I am not using a bassinet as I’ll just put baby in their car seat on the stroller or baby wear if my nanny kiddo wants to just ride the stroller alone.

I’m NOT looking for a side by side. I have a baby on the way and will return to my nanny job after my leave so I HAVE to have a single to double for walks and outings with my baby and nanny kiddo. Hubby and I are planning more kids so a single stroller is not an option as we’re looking for something we can definitely use long term.

Give me all the comparisons and recs! I’ve watched The Stroller Mom’s break down of the mockingbird on YouTube but she doesn’t have a great in depth of the Joie Chive or a side by side comparison.

Which Nanit Bundle and why?? There are so many combos and I’m not sure what I will need and what will go unused.

Which items have been most useful for you? Which can you do without?

hi, all of the reviews say it came fully assembled. but do we need to pay another $209.99 for assembly or is it already included? none of the reviews mentions for add on.

My baby is ready to move to a convertible seat, but I am wanting to store our Nuna Pipa RX for our next baby. What is the best way to store for future use?

As we are looking toward winter I have been thinking how I can keep LO warm in the car. He goes to daycare three days a week and we live in an area wil moderately cold winters. It is often in the teens or even single digits when I leave for work and I will be leaving earlier now. Historically I remote start my car but even if it runs for 15 minutes with the heat on high it doesn’t warm up the inside much it simply will melt the ice on the windshield. I wonder how safe they are and if they are worth it. My main concern is that in an emergency they would prevent or delay getting him out of the car seat. I know I can just use a normal blanket but he kicks and moves a lot and it wouldn’t stay on him. How do those who live in cold winters keep lo warm? I would love advice or products.

Hi all! We were gifted the baby jogger city mini GT2 stroller and love it. We also got a jogging stroller. I’m realizing neither of the ones we have convert to bassinets like I had thought. We also do not have a travel system, we have a convertible car seat.

I am due in November and live up North so I am not sure how much use we will be getting out of a stroller the first few months of babes life. I still feel overwhelmed with the thought of not having a stroller for him for the first 6 months. The gifted bought this over 90 days ago (I just received it at my shower), and the return window closed.

Any recs on what to do? I see there used to be a carry cot add on to this stroller but it was discontinued. Looking for affordable alternatives!

I absolutely love Magnetic Me sleepers - of course for the magnet closures, which are super easy, but also because they have convertible coveralls that fold over both hands and feet. We keep our baby in sleepers at home most days and I like that I can still put her in a carrier and have her feet free when needed without changing her, as well as extending their life a bit longer since my baby is pretty tall.

What I don’t quite love is the price of them 🙃 Does anyone know of other brands that also have the convertible feet? Ideally maybe a little less pricey than MM, but also just to open up more options.

I tried to read older posts about it but I’m still on the fence.

I would like a sturdy stroller that I can use everyday on walks, and also can attach the infant car seat easily.

On the other hand, we have plans to travel once the baby is 3 months or so oversea, and need a stroller cabin friendly.

Should I buy two different strollers? Maybe the UPPAbaby for everyday use? Or should I buy one that is cabin friendly and also use it everyday?

There is also another issue that only came to me today - we need the car seat once we will also drive after we land. When the baby is over a year, we’d need to carry the car seat plus the stroller ?

my sincere apologies for yet another stroller post… but i just wanted to see if anyone had any feedback on travel strollers! the decision paralysis is so real

context: we will be bringing our 8-month old on 2 separate trips and flights (her first flights) at the end of the year - one is just an hour flight, another is a 6 hour red-eye flight.

what’s important to us:
- smooth and easy one handed fold
- cabin-friendly (i know some people recommend just checking it in but i would prefer to have this option still)
- preferably with a decent sized basket (for travel stroller) that can fit our diaper bag and carrier

i’ve read raving reviews of the Joolz Aer 2 and it has probably appeared the most on threads discussing travel strollers. BUT i’m having a hard time justifying $800 for it, considering i already have an UB Cruz v2 that we love and use regularly back home! i could see the benefits of having this as a secondary stroller back home for when i want something more easily foldable, but it’s not entirely necessary.

i feel like a better use of money would be to buy something secondhand for about $300, which would mean it will be an older model. the joolz aer 1’s basket only takes 5kg, so that’s a bit of a dealbreaker for me. for secondhand, i’m considering the bugaboo butterfly 1 instead, but i do note that the wheels are smaller (may not be as smooth a ride), and you need both hands to fold it.

we’re willing to spend the money if it’s justifiable (thinking about the flat recline for newborns in case of future children, and a solid product that we may end up using more back home and not just for travel). anyone had to make a similar decision?

just to add on, i also saw that Nuna has a new cabin friendly VIAA cabn stroller which i could get for $600 instead - it’s quite new so there are not as many reviews, anyone has tried it by any chance?

I snagged a BabyBjorn cradle from a consignment store the other day for $100 in like-new condition. I am going to want to replace the sheets though eventually and I’m seeing that the sheet for this is slightly smaller than what appears to be standard when i look on Amazon. This takes 28x14 whereas most online are 32x16. I know babybjorn sells their sheet but I’d like something different than just basic white and that doesn’t cost $30 each. Anyone know where to look?

We’re strongly considering the Evenflo Shyft Intuiti system (the one without the lights and sounds). My cousin recommended Nuna. I’ve seen other people recommend Graco or Chicco.

We’re looking for an easy to fold/collapse system where we can take the car seat out and plug it directly into the stroller, without having to move baby. We’d like one that has a pramette option. 180° rotation would be nice for the car seat. Ample storage underneath, with wheels that can handle different terrain types.

We’re just kind of overwhelmed by the sheer number of options on the market, and all our friends are using different things.

We recently got an offer from a store in which the Joolz Aer² with the Joolz Aer² S2 adapters was deemed compatible with Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 i-Size. On the official Joolz website I cannot find this compatibility. I believe it maybe has not been tested? Other models are specifically named to be compatible: Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 Pro².

My question is, in this labyrinth of compatibility, does anyone know if our Joolz Aer² S2 adapters work with the Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 i-Size?

The Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 Pro² version is much more expensive..

I am really wanting to get a 360 car seat that will ideally last at least up to 4 years old… I have a tall/chubby baby. (I was going to get the Joie but the side bolsters have me doubting lol) I kind of need the 360 element because my spine is absolutely wrecked since having my baby and due to the small size of my back seat (2014 Elantra) it’s so hard getting even an infant carrier with a handle in and out. I obviously don’t want to completely sacrifice front seat space though. And of course, I would prefer chemical flame retardant free, but it isn’t necessarily a deal breaker. I’m kind of afraid my only options are going to be the $600+ ones… 😅 was wondering if anyone else was able to make it work. Especially the Chicco! Thanks!!

Hello! FTP incoming and we just bought a second hand 2023 Cybex bassinet + stroller set.

I definitely want to wash everything even though it’s in great shape, but I’m not seeing any care label on the fabric parts of the bassinet or stroller. Still, thinking gentle wash at 30C should be ok, with lowest tumble dry settings?

Has anyone done this before and recommend / do not recommend it? If not, how else should we clean the set?

I’m thinking about getting the Larktale Caravan Coupe V2, but I’m having a surprisingly hard time finding videos that show someone folding and unfolding it in real life.

For anyone who owns one, how easy is it to open and close? Is it something you can realistically do quickly in a parking lot while managing two kids, or is it more of a process?

I’d also love to hear about your overall experience with it:
● How is it to push on longer walks, park trips, zoo visits, etc.?
● How difficult is it to load in and out of the car?
● is it pretty easy to fold and unfold? And anything to watch out for as far as owning it

I recently tried the Bombi wagon and ended up not liking it, so I’m returning it. The Larktale looks like it might be a better fit, but I don’t want to buy another wagon only to discover that it has its own frustrating issues.

I’d especially love to hear from anyone who has used the Coupe V2 for a while. Any regrets or things you wish you’d known before buying?

We’re trying to decide on our first car seat and I’m currently between the Cybex Callisto G 360, Chicco Fit360, and Nuna Revv Maxx.

The Callisto is probably my top choice right now, but I’ve seen a few things that are making me hesitate and would love to hear from actual owners.

A few things I’m wondering about:

• Fabric: Have you had issues with the 360 fabric snagging or the 360 Select fabric pilling?
• Newborn recline: Were you able to get a good/safe recline for a newborn, especially a smaller newborn?
• Cleaning: Is removing and washing the fabric as annoying as it looks?
• Longevity: Are people actually keeping the Callisto all the way through the booster stage, or do you realistically see yourself replacing it before then?
• Anything else: What are the annoying things about the Callisto that you only discovered after owning it?

I really like the Callisto overall, but the Chicco is appealing because you can buy multiple bases, and the Revv Maxx is also in the running.

FWIW, the seat will be primarily in my 2023 Honda CRV.
