W7D3✅
After almost 2 weeks of no running to rest a calf injury I wasn’t sure if I could do it. I kept up my strength training/low impact days and I think that helped.
The me that started this program 4.5 months ago would be so proud of today’s me! And last years me would wonder what we were thinking lol
Keep going everyone!

That’s awesome proud of you! I just finished week 7 day 3 today. 25 mins at 9:28 min/km. I’m 2 days behind schedule, week 8 should’ve started yesterday, which isn’t significant at all I know. But I’m not very motivated to keep running at my snail speed.. looking for some inspiration lol

I average 11-12 minutes so good for you!

Give yourself grace you were injured. For me running for the first 8 mins in feels like absolute hell and it feels easier after the first half is done - it’s mental I think? How are you motivating yourself?

It’s so mental at this point! Motivation is not always easy but seeing how strong I’m becoming is powerful.
