Applying for COE which is one piece of the puzzle to have ammo shipped to home. Reporting that you bought a 50+ year old long gun in a face to face transaction (needs COE and FFL03). Among other things

I checked this morning for update unfortunately application was incomplete due to Bc.I uploaded correct one resubmitted literally 5 minutes ago and was approved.Thats why was asking
