Which would you send and why? Thx!

As I was organizing my collection, I realized that this particular comic had a very low certificate number which surprised me because it had a more modern label. So I went into the CGC verification tool and sure enough this comic is in fact one that was originally graded in 2000 but was re-graded in 2007. The reason that I know it was originally graded in 2000 is because I manually searched order numbers that were just before and just after this one (this would’ve been part of order number 160 apparently.)

This raises some questions for me:
1) is there a way to see the full grading history of a particular certification number?
2) are books with early certification numbers considered more valuable, especially in the first year of CGC grading?
3) what about a book like this which no longer has the original red label?

Feeling extra happy with MCU’s announcement of Ghost Rider a few weeks back
