Re-applying to graduate program

Hello! Has anyone re-applied after being rejected to a graduate program at CSUDH?
I was rejected after the interview this year for their school counseling graduate program and I am considering re-applying. I am curious to know if anyone has done it and gotten through and what the experience was like?
