Financial Aid FA Office

Y’all I’m 9th in queue and it’s already almost been 2 hours. Just FYI

Call it learned behavior but I don’t trust the FA office lol. Are they good about the call backs

I’ve done the call back twice and it’s worked both times.

Did that before and they called me an hour later. Was 30th in queue.

Dude the way I telling people I make sure to press 4 at 10 o clock 😂. Beginning of the week I was 5th. Looks like FA office is still getting a lot of calls

maybe it was just luck but yesterday I went in at 9-9:15 am and it was literally empty. I was surprised as well cos it's been busy every time I try to talk to them.

edit: oops didnt know this is about phone calls😭

Honestly though I think it does have to with luck. I’ve been getting reallly reallyyyyy really nice and helpful people 😭😭
