Just adopted her last week, this is Momo! 🍑 and she’s adapting very well to her sisters

She's a gift from my parents, and she was inside a cake box, then she walked out of the box (she was a baby) and i was the first face she saw. Since then we love each other!

I got this chair from a neighbor more than 40 years ago. I’d have thrown it out years ago but our cats have loved it for napping.

Artemis is no exception and seems to be telling me to bug off and let her sleep.

Traveled over 260 miles in one day to pick her up, she is a daddies girl and sadly my gf is jealous. But I love love love her so much, never had such a affectionate little kitty in my life

im Lily! i came from a hole on a tree on a dogs park, i was so scared, but that was my home! When i lived there, some humans came to pet me and say hi!, but i was really hungry and skinny.. but one day, a special human for me brought me lots of food and water only for me, everyday!! :), and one day she got a strange cage for carring me ! she brought me to a special hospital to treat cats! i met lots of friends while i stayed one week there, and i got healthy again! Now i live with my special human on his strange house, and she gives me better food than the one i had before , and i have really strange looking mouses that i play with, and now i love my new human friend!

My soul cat Cleo <3 adopted her from a nice lady on craigslist after a breakup and never looked back! She’s 4 now and best friends with her sister Angie who came to us via the cat distribution system :)

Generally I started overthinking cryptid calicos/torties and alike today, and was curious if any of yall have/have photos of a tortie/calico that has very little of one of the colors? Excluding white ofc, there can be any ammount of white. I mostly mean situations where cat is mostly black based*/has mostly black based spots but has just a little bit of orange* (or the other way around)

Asking cuz I like using examples I find on reddit when I make quide images for what's considered calico and what isn't and thought this topic could be interesting to include in my guides, but it's hard for me to look for the photos on the internet using just keywords.

The closest thing that I saw in real life is this cat, who had one distinct orange spot on the head, but otherwise was really hard to tell weather or not her fur has orange in it or if it's just tabby pattern, doing it's "looking redish im certain areas or in certain light" thing

*black based means black, grey, grey tabby, black tabby, brown, lilac etc.

*orange aka orange or cream

this chonk of a girl is almost 12lbs and has been stealing her brothers food behind my back. any good recommendations for weight loss, since her vet cant see her until the end of the month. originally she was getting two 2.5oz tiki cat friends cans a day along with her brother. I am thinking of cutting her to 1.5 and now I know she’s a thief having brother eat by himself in my room. any other ideas will be much appreciated
