I've seen someone do this with a perfectly good Hamilton 992B pocket watch, not only that but they'd thrown away the casefront to get it to fit in the shadowbox and the parts around it were actually from a cheaper westclox watch they'd torn apart, obviously was a complete misguided attempt at someone trying to display their pawpaws railroad watch.
