It was recommended that I add more specifics to what we're looking for. Basically:

• A more private accommodation (house, cottage, etc.).
• Looks like the standard prices were $300 - $400 night, which works for us.
• Ideally a location we could simply walk to the ocean from as soon as we step outside.
• As for activities, we have a car, so we're pretty open in that regard if we need to drive somewhere for any events.
  • With that in mind, any fun events you recommend checking out during mid to late September?
