Which game was this for you?
For me it was probably Outer Wilds

Hey everyone,
We are aware that as of now the platform is facing issues, mainly in the United States where the quality of content that is being showcased is not good and a bunch of 404 error are being faced.
We want to assure you that we're working towards this and will be fixing these shortly. Thank you for your love and support ❤️

For the past year, we've been building CaptainSide, a game discovery platform for gamers to find new games via user generated content.
It has been extraordinarily rough on us, as building something like this with practically no resources other than our own capital and hardwork is difficult.
After multiple mistakes, we are launching our platform, and are in need of playtesters who can try our platform out and provide us genuine feedback.
If you love to play different games, but struggle to find your next game to play, this would be perfect for you.
If you're interested in playtesting our platform, please DM me.
Thank you.

Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition just came out on Switch 2 on August 28, and it's already the top selling game on the eShop, beating games like Mario Kart World and Cyberpunk 2077.
This is actually a nice comeback story because last year, an early test version of the game had bad performance issues, lots of lag and low frame rates. They delayed the game to fix that, and it looks like it worked.
Anyone getting it on Switch 2?

For me, finding a secret area that I wasn't even looking for.
Getting a rare item or discovering something completely unexpected makes exploration so much better.
Those random discoveries are often the moments I remember most.

Capcom has revealed its Tokyo Game Show 2026 lineup, featuring Resident Evil Requiem, Pragmata, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and more.
With TGS starting September 17, there could be some interesting reveals and gameplay footage coming.

Fable (releasing February 2027) just showed off its difficulty system, 5 preset levels ranging from Hero (default/normal) up to Legend and beyond. But the interesting part is the customization, you can individually tweak things like enemy damage, enemy durability, enemy aggression, reaction windows, and more, so you could make enemies hit hard but die easy, or any mix you want.
Do you think more games should offer this kind of detailed control?
