Question SPPA orientation

I'm deciding if I should attend TIFF or the SPPA orientation for my master's program. Has anyone ever attended the orientation, and is it useful or helpful? I attended orientation for my undergrad back then, but I found it quite useless

As a graduate of the program, I found orientation to be useful. It's handy to meet the people in your cohort as the program tends to attract interesting people that can become long-term friends and connections. The academic and teaching quality of the program leave a lot to be desired, but the people you meet and the co-op experience (if you can find one) are major positives.

yes u should go. ur free to leave when u want.. so if its boring or useless just go home. but I think still worth it
