Is it mandatory to downpayment every month? Like dili maka take midterms/finals if wala naka monthly downpayment? Or is it okay na usahon ra pay tanan by the end of the sem.

Asking cause im a transferee and im not familiar with how it goes here in usc, in my old school pwede ra sa end of the sem e pay tanan.
