Safety Question Oil question
My buddy has a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee and we checked the oil but seem to be getting different options on the oil level. Pictures are sort of blurry, we just took them.

Is this a V8? If so look up the TSBs for the 5.7 and 6.4L regarding the wrong dipstick/markings. Appearing to be overfilled is one issue.
Don't remember the two part numbers for the dip stick...

It’s a V6. So it looks overfilled?

For the V6 you might want to check on the Jeep forums, or even for TSBs on the jeep site.
The Jeep forum web site used to have links to TSBs.
Only familiar with the V8, where the fix was just a new dipstick and part number, free at dealers.

Pull, wipe, put back in Pull, inspect - your reading should be in the area marked SAFE. If it below this range you are too low, above too high. If you oil sit at or a little above the line after E you are not losing oil after your oil change.
