The first day is the most confusing, trying to figure out how the machines work.

The hardest day is the 3rd day, when the pain from the second day has really settled in and you realised you need to keep going because quitting after the first 2 day would look embarassing.

don't workout daily as beginner, go slowly 2 to 3 times per week is really enough and the maximum you can possibly do considering the time you need to recover

True switch between strength, cardio and mobility is important, too.

Balance is an aspect of working out that a lot of people also overlook.
