Looking for recommendations
Hi, live in Canada and this is my favorite cheese. However it’s not available in Canada. Can someone please tell me a cheese that’s available in Canada that tastes similar to this exact Kraft cheese?
Thank you very much in advance.

I recommend not eating it. It's not food.

Yes it is. It's real cheese with sodium citrate added to change the texture. Not everything has to be crunchy granola mode, okay? Let people eat and enjoy what they like.

By all means, eat whatever you like. It's not cheese. It's a "cheese product" which means it is highly processed and not good for humans.
People eat what they are used to. Spend a month in Europe. You will know the difference down to your bones.

highly processed
Why is this bad? What did they do to it? Do you even know? I do, and have done the same to real cheese in my kitchen.
not good for humans
Citation fucking needed. Tell me what ingredient which, when added to healthy cheese, makes it suddenly unhealthy.
You're being a food elitist. Fuck off with the unscientific "advice".

If it has the word Kraft in it you know it isn't real....
