If that is USD/EUR you can get GM level coach.

If that is INR you can easily get a coach from TEMU.

As a coach I'd say that unfortunately at that rate you won't get a professional.

For someone like me, even though I have another job too, the only way I'd commit to this is if there are chances you could get a title. Is your 1800 rating FIDE or online? How much time per week would you want to dedicate to training?
