Chess Improvement Finally reached 1200 elo
It took around 2 years of on and off learning the game. Took a couple of multi month breaks. Does this seem like a normal time frame? Also what study tips helped you reach a new high around this elo when you were here? Trying to keep improving!

It depends on how much you are into chess. Honestly I did Woodpecker Method, the book, and just saying its pretty good. Generally, do puzzles.

Thanks I only recently took it very seriously and have been doing puzzles and I think that’s why I have improved much more quickly recently. I’ll keep at it gonna check out the woodpecker method too!

You can see I was too for a while and actually quit for a while at that range. Daily puzzles really help
