After the Roze arc, Disel, Lelouch and C.C. have a chat on what happened to Pied Piper, who's now stuck in space like Kars (Jojo). Bell hasn't wake up yet, and Disel used their money to cover Bell's hospital cost. And because Disel have helped both Lelouch and C.C. so many times, they decided to pay them back. When they meet again, the two will definitely bring Bell back.

so you are saying that lost stories will have a story after Roze arc and that novel (which had a kid version of lelouch's mom in it)?

Pure Almaria? Technically happen during part 4, but the can adapt it with the Agent Pendulum and some changes.
