Future Path
Sorry guys this is so niche but…
I’m a senior in high-school trying to figure out what to major in college. Ik I’m going to do something broad so I don’t slim my chances of I change my mind (I’m really fickle). Anywho I love biology and science and am thinking of a path that’s botany/engineering bc I love to create and garden. But I also love writing, politics, history, leadership, debate, and literature. I’m thinking of maybe taking a foreign language/political science/finance major with that route. The only in between is an environmental lawyer which I don’t really want to do or like an agriculture CEO. I just don’t know what to pick and I want to find out now so I can put all my energy into that specific area.

Have a look at the programs offered by your state land grant university agricultural faculty. And consider a poli sci or public policy minor.

It is perfectly normal and ok to go to college as undecided. You have a broad range of interests and will need to take general education courses anyway,
If you are planning on attending college in the US. Those courses may help refine your interest and narrow down a set of majors. In the meantime, try to learn about as many careers as possible and find out which majors lead you there. Some will have narrow paths and others fairly wide. See if you can job shadow with a few people. Their day-to-day may be useful information for you.
