Right? He was good for 250 yards, 2 TDs on a bad day.

I know right? And our worst defence was our best in the playoffs when we won against the Bears

Just because Sanders came back for the playoffs.

I want to see the universe where Peyton had some defenses equal to what Brady was handed.

Before Peyton sacrificed him to the football gods.

Week 1 of 2010. Colts still lost.

Death. Taxes. Colts defense getting shredded by a bell cow

Yeah. I always wonder if the high volume or passes in 2010 affected him a little more than it would have if he wasn’t throwing 40 passes a game

I’ll never forget he took the blame for the loss in the postgame presser too, like a fucking boss leader, not some whiney bitch

Living the past

Yes. It was light years better than the present

Agreed. I remember looking forward to the NFL football season. Fall time. The heat and humidity is going away. Winter is coming, but you have Peyton and those guys to watch. Even Andrew later. Hope. But now it's empty, or feels like it. Like an empty house once the kids get old enough to leave. A shell

They went down early so they had to pass.

Peyton was art. Luck was exciting.

It’s like comparing Beethoven and the Beatles

Nah dude, Linda was actually an awesome, beautiful artist, and Wings was still very decent.

Peyton is my goat but he was infamous for over doing it with the passing audibles there’s no reason to throw 57 passes and still lose
