Need help planning my comic

1st. Set a page count

2nd. Mind your central theme

3rd. Flesh out your characters

4th. Plot the complete story, beat by beat

This said, if rhis id your first comic attempt, make something short first, like 3 to 6 pages. Maybe an intro for the characters, or the moments leading tho the deaths (finishing in a cliffhanger could be a nice teaser). If you are able to finish the teaser, then you can try writing the whole story.

On designing the character I’m good with like the creator and stuff but it hard for me to draw a human and a way body
