SECURITY +? Am I Ready?

I am on Jason Dion practice exam # 8 now and i scored an 82.. my average score is 77 between all 8 exams.. Honestly this class made me realize I enjoy Networking much more. I just want to test out of it and be done with it so I can move on my my CCNA.

You are probably ready. Generally folks who get 75-80 or so average on his exams seem to pass it. No guarantees, obviously! Good luck.

You should be fine. Just read the questions carefully and look for clues on what it’s asking in each question

How long did it take for you to study for CCNA??

I think I did it in a month or two? I also had prior experience and wanted to make sure I understood everything

Sit it. On the CCNA point, do not let the Sec+ material go cold in between, the two overlap on subnetting and port behaviour and you will resent relearning it.

Trust your prep and don't doubt yourself for a second, youve got this! Soon enough, you'll have this exam behind you and be moving right along to the CCNA.

I scheduled for Sep 7th. I figured I’d use this week to watch videos and do labs with CompTIA Cert Master with labs

UPDATE: I studied all day and was thinking I should have just tested out already! So I did a last minute reservation at 3:30 am and literally just got done. I didn’t really recognize any of the questions but some scenarios were familiar. I knew I was borderline more confident a bit. I even had to leave one of 3 PBQs blank pretty much. 773! Trifecta complete! Project+ and CCNA next up
